SAUSAGE AND POTATO SOUP 
8 oz. reduced-fat sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 c. water
1 can fat-free chicken broth
2 c. 1% or skim milk
1 can Healthy Request cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. frozen hash browns

Brown sausage and onion. Put in soup pot. Add hash browns, water and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk and soups.

Makes 11 cups.
