RUNZAS 
5 loaves frozen bread
1 head cabbage, cut fine
Salt & pepper
3 to 4 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, cut fine
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger; steam cabbage and onion until soft. Combine hamburger and cabbage; season and drain off any liquid. Cool. Pinch off a piece of dough for one runza and roll out into a 5 inch square quite thin. Place on a greased baking sheet. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown, brush with melted butter. Serve with a tossed salad and homemade ice cream. Great! Makes about 30 runzas.
