SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 lbs. lg. raw shrimp, deveined
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
6 cloves garlic
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. paprika
6 lemon wedges
1/4 c. white wine

Saute garlic, parsley and onions in butter. Add white wine, salt, lemon juice and paprika to the butter mixture. Add shrimp to the hot mixture. Saute until the shrimp turns pink. Place mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle mixture with the lemon wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
