BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 to 6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Line the bottom of a buttered, large glass casserole dish with the rolls, firmly pressing the perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
