BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage (browned)
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Spread rolls in 13 x 9 inch pan, pressing seams together. Layer sausage and cheese over rolls. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Extremely easy to make and tastes very good. And who's to say you can't add some peppers and onions diced up small, or mushrooms? Good stuff this.
