SNICKERDOODLES 
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour

Cream butter and Crisco together. Mix all ingredients together. Roll in balls about 1 inch in diameter and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture (1/2 cup sugar and 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon). Bake at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE! Makes about 75 large cookies or 100 smaller ones.
