VEGGIE PIZZA 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. ranch or buttermilk dressing mix
Chopped vegetables
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, finely grated

On large ungreased cookie sheet, press together crescent roll dough, spreading it out as much as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth. Spread on top of crust. Chop or grate vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green or red pepper, mushrooms, onion, zucchini, etc.) and sprinkle on top of dressing. Grate cheese with fine grater and sprinkle on top. Cut into squares. Recipe can be cut in half and made on a 13 inch pizza pan.
