SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lbs. stewing meat (chunks)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. sherry

Mix all together and bake in 350 degree oven for 3 hours, covered. (This will brown on its own.) Serve over noodles or rice. Dutch oven or Pyrex is best.
