SUE'S CHICKEN WITH CHIPPED BEEF 
A family favorite!

6 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz. ) tub dairy sour cream
3/4 cup sherry
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried chipped beef (Hormel)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line casserole dish with chipped beef. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chipped beef. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.

Serves 6.
