CHEESE FRIED ZUCCHINI 
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt (garlic salt or onion salt if preferred)
2 med. zucchini, sliced in sticks
1 beaten egg
2 to 4 tbsp. oil or olive oil

Combine first 4 ingredients in plastic bag. Dip zucchini in egg, then shake in plastic bag. Fry in hot oil in skillet until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
