SHRIMP PUFFS | |
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, cut up 1/2 can diced water chestnuts 2 green onions, diced 4 egg whites, beaten stiff, but not dry 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. curry powder Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste 8 tbsp. sour cream 10 slices white bread, crusts removed, toasted and cut into 4 triangles per slice Combine all ingredients and spread on triangles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until puffy and golden. Makes 40 appetizers. |
