SHRIMP PUFFS 
1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Old English Spread (softened)
1/4 lb. butter (softened)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
1 pkg. split English muffins

Combine cheese, butter and mayonnaise. Add shrimp. Mix at medium speed with electric mixer. Spread mixture on muffin halves and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and cut each half into quarters. Return to freeze until ready to bake.

To bake: Place pieces on cookie sheet and broil at 500 degrees 8-10 minutes, or until light brown and bubbling. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Crab or lobster pieces could also be used. 1/4 tsp. of minced garlic also adds to the flavor.
