GOLDEN SHRIMP PUFF 
10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded sharp American or Old English slices
2 c. cleaned, cooked or canned shrimp

Remove crusts from bread, cut into cubes. Beat egg, milk and seasonings together. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and shrimp. Pour into oblong 9x13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until center is set. Serve immediately. Serves 8-10.
