SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 whole tomato (or 14 oz. canned tomato)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. white wine, dry
1 cube beef bouillon
1 c. water, heated
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3-4 whole mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, fresh or frozen

Saute onion and green pepper. Add tomato sauce and whole or canned tomatoes, spaghetti mix and 1/4 cup of the wine. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add to tomato sauce mixture. Add cumin, parsley and oregano. Simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp, mushrooms and remaining wine. Simmer another 25-30 minutes more. Serve hot over rice.
