SHRIMP SHERRY 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 diced garlic clove
1 med. finely diced onion
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sherry added last, shortly before serving

SHRIMP SAUCE:

3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter
5 diced garlic cloves

Saute above; add cooked shrimp and let flavoring permeate. Boil 1 pound thin spaghetti. Remove shrimp from skillet and pour garlic sauce over spaghetti. Add shrimp and spoon sauce over. Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
