BUTTERY PASTA WITH SHRIMP 
3 c. cooked spaghetti
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (12 oz.) frozen cocktail size shrimp (not breaded), thawed, drained
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed tomatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese

Have spaghetti cooked; set aside. In 3 quart saucepan melt butter. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and Parmesan cheese; stir to blend. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add cooked spaghetti; stir to blend. Cook until spaghetti is heated, 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add tomatoes. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
