JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1 uncooked pie crust

Blend first five ingredients well, then add the next three, mixing thoroughly. Place in pie shell. Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
