APRICOT CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. bottle Catalina dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 env. onion soup
Cooked rice

Mix together dressing, preserves and onion soup. Arrange chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put rice on serving plate, arrange chicken around it and spoon remaining sauce over rice.
