APRICOT CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts, cut in sm. pieces
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. bottle Wishbone Red Russian dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
Rice

Mix soup, dressing and preserves. Baste over chicken while simmering at 300 degrees in oven or over medium heat in skillet on top of stove. Serve over rice.

I have been making this recipe for fifty years, my wife saw this recipe in an old womens magazine. It can be used with chicken or pork chops. I always cook in oven and use sauce with rice. Fast and easy! I usually only make it a couple of times a year.
