APRICOT CHICKEN | |
6 boneless chicken breasts 1 sm. jar apricot jelly 1 sm. bottle Russian salad dressing 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Place chicken breasts in Pyrex baking dish. Mix jelly, Russian dressing and onion soup mix and spoon over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve on bed of fluffy rice. |
