CHICKEN WITH APRICOT JAM 
6 skinned chicken breasts (3 whole)
1 c. apricot jam
2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together jam, curry powder and onion soup mix. Spread over chicken breasts. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
