CHICKEN KABOB MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer five minutes. Cool before marinating chicken. This is wonderful for kabobs using pieces of chicken, pineapple, green pepper, pearl onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, or whatever you would like. For really good kabobs prepare them on the grill.
