CHICKEN KABOBS 
1/2 lg. boneless chicken breast per kabob cut into bite-size pieces

MARINADE:

Mix together:

1 c. mushroom soy sauce (from an Oriental store)
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
3 tbsp. oyster sauce (from an oriental store)

Marinate bite-size chicken pieces in marinade for two hour. Alternate chicken on a skewer with bite-size vegetables of your choice (such as: blanched snow pea pods, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion, etc.).

Broil and turn until done. Serve over fluffy white rice and blanched snow pea pods.
