EASY MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream

Combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Brown on all sides in a little shortening. Remove from pan when cooked. Drain grease from pan.

Add soup, 1/2 cup water and seasoning; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend in sour cream and meatballs; heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
