2 c. flour 1 c. ground nuts 1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 12 oz. cream cheese 2 cans Thank You brand lemon pie filling (chocolate may be substituted) 9 oz. Cool Whip Cream flour, ground nuts and butter in a mixer. Pat in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. DO not brown. Cool completely. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over cool crust. Spread pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip over top. Chill overnight. |
