Yellow cake mix
1 can Thank You vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs. Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with chocolate chips and brown sugar. Bake according to direction on cake mix box.
