1 pkg. Lorna Doone Cookie 1 stick butter 1 lg. can Thank You Pie Filling - Blueberry 2 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs Cool Whip Line bottom of 9x13 pan with 2/3 of the crushed Lorna Doone cookies. Save 1/2 of crumbs for top. Beat with mixer on high 1/2 cup softened butter, 2 eggs and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mixture must be smooth. Spread on top of crumbs. Pour blueberry pie filling on top of the mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle on the reserved Lorna Doone crumbs. Enjoy! |
