CHOCOLATE ICE BOX CAKE 
1/2 lb. German's (or any) sweet chocolate
4 eggs
4 tbsp. 4X confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. boiling water

Melt chocolate. Add sugar and hot water. Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately. Fold whites into yolks. Add melted chocolate.

Line spring pan - base and sides - with lady fingers (split) round sides next to base and sides of pan. Pour in layer of pudding, halfway through place a thin row of lady fingers, repeat. Stand in refrigerator 24 hours.

Remove side part of pan, set base on serving plate, decorate completely with whipped cream, cherries and/or pecans.
