NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa Pinch of salt 1 stick of butter 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, butter and milk. Boil over direct heat, stirring constantly, for exactly 3 minutes. Cool in cold water. Beat rapidly until candy looses gloss. Add nuts and vanilla. Turn out into platter. When completely cold, cut into squares after heavy boiling. |
