3 (6 oz.) bags Hershey's chip semi or milk chocolate
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan until chips are melted and creamy and smooth. Add pecans. Spread at once.
