NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 lg. can Carnation evaporated milk
1 giant Hershey bar (4 x 8 inch bar)
1 can marshmallow cream (quart size)
1 lg. pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts, I use the food processor (fine)

Mix together sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 8 minutes. Take off stove and add remaining ingredients. Stir until dissolved. Pour into buttered baking dish and let stand until firm before cutting into pieces.
