1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix Crisco, peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg thoroughly. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir everything together. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Press lightly with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or less.
