1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix as usual for cookies. Chill. Form into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Flatten slightly with fork dipped in water. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 40 cookies.
