HONEY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. cholesterol free butter
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. honey
4 egg whites

Mix these 5 ingredients.

5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt free baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda

Sift and stir into above mixture. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chill dough.

Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Flatten on cookie sheet with fork dipped in ice water to form criss cross pattern. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield about 12 dozen cookies. Cookies may be stored in covered container.
