4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Place in pan, bring to hard boil and boil 4 1/2 minutes. Have ready: 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 13 oz. marshmallow cream

Add to boiled mixture and mix until blended. Place in buttered pans. Will make one 9 x 13 and one 8 x 8 pan. 5 pounds.
