COFFEE CREAM FROSTING | |
4 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar 2 tbsp. instant coffee 1/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk, undiluted 1 tsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. soft butter Combine sugar, instant coffee, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Add butter, beat until smooth and creamy. Spread between, sides, and on top of cooled layer cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Frosts 8 or 9 inch layer cake. |
