MAMA'S HONEY PIE 
1 c. honey
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg

In a saucepan bring honey to a boil. Quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, extract, pecans, and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set. Yield 6-8 servings.
