4 lg. tomatoes or tomato paste 1 lg. onion, red powdered pepper or green pepper Fish Vegetable oil Spices as desired Fry fish in oil and set aside. Store the remaining oil. Slice tomatoes, onions, green pepper. Fry onions first in oil, add tomatoes or the tomato paste. Stir a few minutes, add green pepper and fish. Fry for about 6 minutes. Add any desired spices. Serve with rice. |
