WALNUT SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts

Work butter and flour until crumbly and fine textured. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees and cool. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over cooled crust. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
