SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
1 1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
2 tbsp. oil

Cook pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar in medium size saucepan for 5 minutes until hot and flavors have blended. Brown pork chops in oil. Arrange pork chops in baking dish. Spread pineapple chunks and juice mixture over top. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until pork chops are done. Makes 4 servings.

Wonderful recipe! Easy and yummy! I did add a little cornstarch at the end to the sauce to thicken it up a bit.
