BEEF ROLLS 
2 lb. minute steak or round steak
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 (10 oz.) can beef gravy
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Prepare stuffing. Pound steak to 1/4 inch. Place a generous spoonful of stuffing in center of each. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in oven dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over rolls. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
