BEEF BISCUIT ROLL 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 egg
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk

Mix the first 9 ingredients together. Combine the Bisquick and milk and spread on a 12x18 inch floured board, patting down with fingers. Spread meat mixture on top and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut every 1 1/2 inch, placing cut side down on cake rack placed on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cream of celery soup or mushroom soup or your own brown gravy.

I found this recipe and made it for my son for fathers day It is his favorite . Believe it or not he cooks for a living. Still likes mom's old time recipes. I use to make it for my husband I got the recipe from his mother at least 45 years ago. Glad to see it on line. Enjoy
