SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
2 medium-sized oranges
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. strained honey
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs

In greased casserole, arrange a layer of sliced sweet potatoes, sprinkled with 6 tablespoons brown sugar; dot with 4 tablespoons butter and cover with a layer of thinly sliced, unpeeled oranges. Repeat layers. Over all, pour orange juice with which honey has been mixed. Combine bread crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter sprinkled over top. Cover casserole and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 30 to 40 minutes, removing cover last 15 minutes. This is most attractive if baked in orange baskets. Serves 6.
