FRESH CUCUMBER SALAD 
8 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 c. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt

Add salt to cucumbers; leave 1 hour. Squeeze and rinse well 4 times. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours. Keeps well. Makes 16 servings.
