FRESH CUCUMBER SALAD PICKLES 
No cooking:

2 lbs. sm. onions, peel and slice
3 qts. sm. pickles, sliced (don't peel)
2 peppers (1 red, 1 green), slice long way

Mix together well:

1/3 c. salt
3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Pour over the first mixture and put in refrigerator overnight. In morning, put in jars and seal tight, set back in refrigerator and use when you want some, but always set back in refrigerator sealed. These will keep in refrigerator for weeks. Very good.
