BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lg. onion
1 med. can mushrooms
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Sauté onions in butter. Add broccoli and mushrooms and mushroom soup.

Heat to a bubble. Pour half broccoli mixture into casserole. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and half of the stuffing mix.

Repeat with the remainder of ingredients and top with stuffing mix.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbling.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Note:Fresh broccoli may be used.
