COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lg. chicken breasts
3-4 pieces celery, chopped
1 tsp. onion salt
1 bay leaf
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Cook together chicken, celery, onion salt, and bay leaf, saving broth. Debone and cut chicken into large pieces. Mix together with sour cream, soup, and mushrooms. Place mixture in 9 x 11 x 2 inch baking dish or large casserole. Melt butter and add the cup of chicken broth. Mix with the stuffing mix and spread on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
