COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 strip Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Boil chicken and cool. Pick off meat and place in shallow casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.

Melt butter and mix into cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Top with poppy seeds. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8.
