DOWN ON THE FARM CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. hen, boiled then boned & chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
6 tbsp. melted butter

Place a layer of coarsely chopped chicken in a 9"x13" baking dish. Mix undiluted soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with poppy seeds. Pour melted butter over the top of the cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
