CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked & cut up
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 sm. carton sour cream
3/4 pkg.Ritz cracker, crushed
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
3/4 stick melted butter

Cut up chicken or may leave chicken breasts whole, lay in a buttered 9 x 11 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan and cover with mixture of soup and sour cream. Mix crushed crackers and poppy seed, sprinkle over soup mixture and then pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
